Thanksgiving

I am thankful for my family. Those of us that stayed in town and could be with Mom & Bill had a DELICIOUS turkey dinner!! Rennie & Lynda and Richard & Jules and their kids were missed. Doug & Jeri were also out of town.

Attended were, Rachel, Fred, Katlyn, Zack, (a short visit from Emily and David), Becky, Brandon, Robert, Michael, Issac, John, Jesse, Marcie, Forrest, Natalie, Sarah, Sherry, Craig, Sam, Daniel, Andrea, Austin, Vanessa and me :)

So after all that turkey and pie I went on a hike with Craig and Cheryl. It was a crystal clear Saturday morning when we started up the mountain to Julian. We hiked until 3:30 (the sun goes down early in the valleys). We met Aimee and Randy who showed us to a cabin on top of the mountain and then invited us to their mountain trailer for turkey soup. Cheryl and I hoped that the babies that we were expecting to arrive soon would wait. Miraculously they did. My client started labor on Sunday and gave birth on Monday! Welcome baby Michael ~ Happy birth day. Another reason to give thanks! -Rosie

Blog Additions & Changes

Hi family, I made a couple of little changes to our blog.
I would like to read what you like to read online (Nosy Rosie Syndrome). Therefore I added a section called My Blog List. This Blog Roll works well for any page that has an RSS or Atom feed, so you can get creative: link to news sites, podcasts, Twitter streams, search results, or anything else with a feed. Read all about it in the dashboard. I added my name after (in parenthesis) so we can know who added what. You can change/delete whatever you want too (haha if it was only that easy)! The more the merrier!

Hi family!
Just to let you all know some newsy items (in hopes that you will post your news too). Jeri and Doug should get back from Jamaica tomorrow - I can't wait to hear about their adventures (and Champ & Hurley missed them too)! Craig & I will leave on Saturday for a week vacation. We will cruise out of San Diego and be at sea Sunday and Monday, spend Tuesday in Victoria Canada, then spend Wednesday in Vancouver! We will then wander around Seattle area visiting friends and fly home next Sunday (thanks Doug & Jeri for watching Sandy!). We hope that we will be able to see Michael and Isaac baseball when we get back. It’s been fun to watch Christians team, the Dodgers, play. Thursday is Sam’s 18th birthday! Other than that it’s been super quiet at our house. Oh by the way, does anyone know the best way to get a foxtail out of a dog’s nose...
Mothers Day is May 11th - does anyone have anything special planned? (email secrets separately). I personally would like to take a walk on the beach... Doug can you please teach Sandy how to swim in the ocean while we're gone? LYWPTS, Rosie
